What a plan looks like

The plan is the whole point.

How it works

Three taps, then you go.

01

See what’s soon

Today leads with plans starting in the next little while, then tonight, tomorrow, and the rest of the week.

02

Join the plan

One confirmation. The meeting point and the group chat open after you’re in. Leave before it starts if you can’t make it.

03

Show up

Meet at the public place, do the thing, and you’re done. A plan is not a friendship contract.

Who it’s with

People from your school, your neighborhood, or a friend.

Your school

A code to a school email shows you can read that mailbox. It does not prove who you are, and GathMe is not part of any university.

Your neighborhood

A neighbor invites you, or a moderator approves you. Plans stay with the people who were let in.

A friend

Someone can invite your phone number to one plan. Only that number can open it, and it shows that plan only.

Safety

Public on purpose.

  • Every plan names a public place anyone can walk into.
  • Groups stay small, usually a handful of people including the host.
  • The exact meeting point shows after you join.
  • You can report someone or block them. Blocking is quiet: they are not told.
  • GathMe is for platonic plans. It is not a dating app.
  • You need to be 18 or older.
